This renovation project was performed for Pasco County. The Technology Center consisted of the interior (non-structural) renovation of portions of the first and second floor an existing 8,583 sf building into new offices.

The scope of work included demolition, doors & hardware, storefront, metal framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, flooring, painting, toilet accessories, cabinets, fire sprinkler, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, structured cabling, and fire alarm.
