The Center for Recovered Exploited Missing Persons (CREMP) Building was a new construction project for the Pasco Sheriff. The build consisted of a 10,937 sq. ft. custom metal building to be utilized as office space.

The structure is located near the Pasco Sheriff K9 Training Campus, another project Trias Construction was proud to perform. The 72’ by 150’ metal building was contracted as a building only project, not a site contract.
