The OLOR Youth Center was a 8,456 sq. ft. addition to the existing Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church. The project consisted of a new youth center, a bookstore, offices, storages areas, snack counter, and restrooms.

The new structure, more formally known as the Mater Dei Building, is a youth center, jointly owned by Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church and the Catholic Diocese of St. Petersburg.
