The Montessori Academy was an education sector project located in Thonotosassa. The scope of work included the expansion of a retention pond; other site improvements to add capacity for vehicle cuing; the addition of a fire tank and pump system, storm water pipping, curbing, pavers, sidewalks, fencing and a new larger septic system.

The new addition included office and classroom space. All work was completed while the building usage continued. The facility is for young children up to 5- years old.
