Square Feet
Fire Station #30 was a new construction project built for Pasco County. Trias Construction was selected to build the 8,110 square foot emergency services center, which was designed by Fleischman Garcia Architects.
This project included three bays, a nine bunk dormitory, and living quarters to accommodate a team of five to nine firefighters per shift at one time, nearly twice the staff planned for duty after the initial grand opening, allowing for future growth. Equipment assigned to this station included a fire engine, brush truck, tanker, and an ambulance.
On Fire Station #30, the Trias team was able to install foundations, CMU walls, and trusses, achieving water tightness within 90 days of the project start.
