Boyd Hill Oak Hall is a mixed-use educational building for the City of St. Petersburg; it’s located inside the Boyd Hill Nature Preserve. The structure is approximately 6,052 sq. ft., of which roughly 3,100 sq. ft. are conditioned.

The building is designed for events, with a capacity of up to 292 persons. The structure uses masonry construction with timber trusses and prefabricated SIPS.

Careful measures were taken by the Trias team to minimize impact to the preserve during the construction operations.
