The Internal Service Building 525 is utilized for both the Purchasing Department and the Human Resources Department of Pasco County government.

The existing building is 19,196 sq. ft., of which more than 8,000 sq. ft were fully renovated while the building occupant maintained normal business operations. The project was performed in phases to ensure mission critical areas could maintain operable during the whole process.
