The Tampa Hillsborough Expressway Authority (THEA) TMC Renovation is an existing 3-story public building comprising of 27,727 sq. ft. This renovation was performed in three phases, while the building was fully occupied by various governmental entities.

The scope of work included near full renovation of each floor and complete build-out. The project also included new roof-top HVAC equipment and sophisticated server room upgrades to serve Traffic Management Center (TMC) at this location. This facility is deemed “critical infrastructure” and therefore all services had to be functioning during the project.
