Trias Construction was selected to complete all phases of the Hillsborough County Fire Stations project, which included Sundance Fire Station #8 and Carrollwood Fire Station #19.

The Carrollwood Fire Station #19 was a Hillsborough County project. It consisted of demolishing the previous Fire Station, providing the firefighters with a temporary modular building to be used during construction, and the construction of a new, 6,650 sq. ft., single story building with two bays.

The Sundance Fire Station #08 project included a renovation of the 3,000 sq. ft. existing structure as well as a 2,400 sq. ft. new addition. The Trias team delivered this fire and rescue station, along with all associated on-site and off-site improvements, on time and under-budget for Hillsborough County.

Project Highlights

Both Carrollwood Fire Station #19 and Sundance Fire Station #08 remained operational throughout construction.
