COMPANY HISTORY

Building a Foundation of Excellence

Our journey began in 2009. Since then we have carefully built a legacy of excellence, guided by our core values and commitment to superior craftsmanship.

Our Story

Trias Construction was established in 2009 by Joseph Trias, leveraging years of experience as a Project Manager in various large-scale projects, both locally and internationally. Starting as a modest firm in Land O’ Lakes, Florida, our team comprised dedicated professionals proficient in construction, accounting, and design.

Amidst fierce competition in the construction industry, Joseph’s vision was to distinguish our company by assembling a team of Project Managers and Superintendents with extensive expertise and General Contractors licenses. This vision led to the establishment of core values—Integrity, Flexibility, and Experience—that continue to drive our operations today. Our primary goal has always been to infuse value into every project, prioritizing cost-saving strategies, exceptional customer service, and transparent communication.

Our early projects, including specialty endeavors like the Pasco County Bus Shelter and security enhancements for U.S. Navy training facilities, underscore our dedication to excellence from inception.

Over the years, our reputation and experience have solidified, particularly within the public sector, where we excel in managing complex programs and compliance standards. Founder and President Joe Trias’s hands-on approach, marked by personal visits to job sites and unwavering accountability, ensures that our commitment to exceeding expectations remains steadfast.

Trias Construction is a State of Florida Certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE).
